Restrictions on Other Agreements. Neither the Company nor any Shareholder shall enter into or agree to be bound by any voting trust, voting agreement or any shareholder agreement or arrangements of any kind, written or otherwise, with any person with respect to the Common Shares on terms inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement (whether or not such agreements and arrangements are with other Shareholders or holders of Common Shares that are not parties to this Agreement).
