Common use of Restrictions on Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Other Agreements. No Investor Stockholder shall grant any proxy or enter into or agree to be bound by any voting trust with respect to the Company Shares nor shall any Investor Stockholder enter into any other agreements or arrangements of any kind with any Person with respect to the Company Shares on terms which conflict with the provisions of this Agreement (whether or not such proxy, voting trust, agreements or arrangements are with other stockholders of the Company that are not parties to this Agreement or otherwise).

Restrictions on Other Agreements. No Investor Stockholder shall grant any proxy or enter into or agree to be bound by any voting trust with respect to the Company Shares Shares, nor shall any Investor Stockholder enter into any other stockholders agreements or arrangements of any kind with any Person person with respect to the Company Shares on terms which conflict with the provisions of this Agreement (whether or not such proxy, voting trust, agreements or and arrangements are with other stockholders Stockholders or holders of the Company Shares that are not parties to this Agreement Agreement), including but not limited to, agreements or otherwisearrangements with respect to the acquisition, disposition or voting of Shares inconsistent herewith.
