Restrictions on Other Agreements. The Company shall not grant any right relating to the registration, qualification or compliance of its securities if the exercise thereof violates or is inconsistent with any of the rights granted under this Section 7, without the written consent of the Shareholder, which consent may be given or withheld in the sole discretion of such holders. The Company shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to effect, or to grant any right relating to, the registration of its securities.
