Restrictions on other proceedings by individual Banks. Except as provided in Clause 2.6, no Bank shall, except with the prior written consent of the Majority Lenders, bring any proceedings against the Borrower or any other Obligor in respect of any other claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) which that Bank may have under or in connection with this Agreement or any of the other Finance Documents. For the avoidance of doubt, this Clause 2.7 applies to any proceedings against the Borrower or any other Obligor to enforce any Encumbrance created in favour of the Security Trustee by any Security Document.
