RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION. No elected official(s) of SANDAG or any of its member agencies, the State of California, or the United States Government shall become directly or indirectly interested in or personally benefit from the financial proceeds of this Agreement or in any part of it. No officer or employee of SANDAG shall become directly or indirectly interested in or benefit from the financial proceeds of this Agreement or any part of it.
