Restrictions on Purchases of REO Property and Tax Liens. (a) Any Person desiring to be a Responsible Purchaser shall deliver an Affidavit to the Servicer prior to the sale of the applicable Property (or the winning bid therefor) or the applicable Tax Lien. The Servicer shall forward copies of the Affidavit to the City within a reasonable period of time. Any failure of any Person to deliver such Affidavit in a timely manner shall cause such Person to be deemed not a Responsible Purchaser.
