RESTRICTIONS ON REGISTRAR TRANSFERS. For generic top-level domains governed by ICANN, you agree that you may not transfer your domain registration to another domain registrar during the first sixty (60) days from the effective date of your: (1) initial domain registration or (2) completion of a domain transfer into the Company. If you choose to utilize our transfer lock service, you agree to provide written authorization (electronic acceptance is acceptable) to the Company for the transfer of the domain to another registrar and agree to pay any and all fees that may be charged by the Company to effect the transfer.
