Common use of Restrictions on Sale or Encumbrance of Project by City Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Sale or Encumbrance of Project by City. During the Lease Term, the City agrees that, except to secure the Bonds to be issued pursuant to the Indenture and except to enforce its rights under Section 12.2(b), it will not sell, assign, encumber, mortgage, transfer or convey the Project or any interest therein.
