Restrictions on Sale or Encumbrance. The Mortgagor agrees to comply with subsections 7.1, 7.2, 7.4, 7.6[ and][,] 7.9 [and 7.3](3) of the Credit Agreement, in each case in accordance with and to the extent provided therein.
