Restrictions on Sales Activity. The General Agent shall not offer or attempt to offer any Contract, nor solicit Application for a Contract, nor deliver any Contract, in any state or other jurisdiction in which such Contract may not lawfully be sold or offered for sale, or permit any Agent to make any such offer, attempt to offer, solicitation or delivery. For purposes of determining where any Product may be offered and Applications solicited, the General Agent may rely on written notification, as revised from time to time, received from Equitable.
