Restrictions on Sales Material and Name Usage. The Broker-Dealer and the General Agent shall neither use nor authorize the use of any promotional, sales or advertising material relating to the Contracts, the Equitable Life Companies, the Variable Accounts, the MVA Interests or the Trust without the prior written approval of the Distributor. Furthermore, the Broker-Dealer and the General Agent shall neither use nor authorize the use of the name of Equitable or of an Affiliate of Equitable, or any other name, trademark, service xxxx, symbol or trade style that is now or may hereafter be owned by Equitable or by an Affiliate of Equitable, except in the manner and to the extent that such use may be specifically authorized in writing by Equitable or the Distributor.
