Restrictions on the General Partner. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the General Partner shall not do or be authorised to do anything (including acting or offering or agreeing to act as Manager or custodian of Partnership Assets) which might constitute a regulated activity for the purposes of FSMA unless it is an Authorised Person permitted to do so.
