Restrictions on the Greens Creek Group. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no member of the Greens Creek Group shall engage in any business activity other than in connection with the owning and holding of the Greens Creek Joint Venture (including the assets and properties related thereto) and those activities reasonably incidental thereto, including complying with the terms of the Greens Creek Joint Venture Agreement.
