RESTRICTIONS ON THE GROUP. During the Restructuring Period, the Company shall comply with the undertakings set out in Schedule 10 (Restrictions on the Group), save to the extent necessary in order to implement the Restructuring or the Revised Restructuring in accordance with the Restructuring Terms or the Revised Restructuring Terms (as the case may be).
