Restrictions on Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Indenture (other than the provisions set forth in subsection (f) of this Section 2.7), any Global Security may not be transferred as a whole except by the Depositary to a nominee of the Depositary or by a nominee of the Depositary to the Depositary or another nominee of the Depositary or by the Depositary or any such nominee to a successor Depositary or a nominee of such successor Depositary. Each Security certificate evidencing Global Securities shall bear the paragraph referred to in footnote 1 in the form of Security attached hereto as Exhibit A.
