Restrictions on Transfer - General. Each Company agrees that, during the term of this Agreement and except as specifically permitted under Sections 6.03 and 6.04, neither its interest in this Agreement nor its interest in any of the Subject Properties shall be assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of or permitted or required to be partitioned, or shall be permitted to be subject to any lien or encumbrance of any character, without the written consent of the other Companies.
