Common use of Restrictions on Transfer of Issuer's Rights Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Transfer of Issuer's Rights. Except for the assignment made pursuant to the Indenture of certain of its rights under this Loan Agreement and its pledge of the Note, endorsed without recourse to the order of the Trustee, to the Trustee as security pursuant to the Indenture, the Issuer will not, during the term of this Loan Agreement, sell, assign, transfer or convey any of its interests in this Loan Agreement or the Note. The Borrower hereby assents to such assignment and pledge of the Issuer's rights under the Loan Agreement and the pledge of the Note to the Trustee.
