Restrictions on Transfer of Option Units. The Executive may not sell, pledge, or otherwise transfer any interest in any Option Units without the prior written consent of the Company. If Executive or anyone claiming under or through Executive attempts to violate this Section 4(A), such attempted violation shall be null, void, and without effect.
