Common use of Restrictions on Transfers by You Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Transfers by You. Your rights and duties created by this Agreement are personal to you, and we have granted this Agreement to you in reliance upon our perceptions of the individual or collective character, skill, aptitude, attitude, business ability and financial capacity of you and, if you are not an individual, your Entity Owners. Accordingly, no Transfer will be made without our prior written approval. Any Transfer without our approval will constitute a breach of this Agreement and will be void and of no effect.
