RESTRICTIONS ON TRUSTEE'S RIGHTS. The Trustee shall have no power to name a beneficiary of the policy other than the Trust, to assign the policy (as distinct from conversion of the policy to a different form) other than to a successor Trustee, or to loan to any person the proceeds of any borrowing against such policy. Despite the foregoing, the Trustee may if directed (i) loan to the Company the proceeds of any borrowing against an insurance policy held in the Trust Fund or (ii) assign all, or any portion, of a policy to the Company if under other provisions of this Trust Agreement the Company is entitled to receive assets from the Trust.
