The Receiving Party will not remove the Confidential Information from its principal place of business without HMLS’ prior written consent, which HMLS may grant, condition or withhold in its sole discretion. In the event HMLS grants such consent, the Receiving Party is not relieved of any of its obligations under this Agreement.
