Restrictions on use of the Shared Information. 15.1 All information on a Refugee that has been shared by the Authority must only be used for the purposes defined in Section 4 of this DSP, unless obliged under statute or regulation or under the instructions of a court. Therefore any further uses made of the personal data will not be lawful or covered by this DSP.
