Restrictions on Use or Disclosures by Either Party. During the Term of this Agreement and for at least one (1) year thereafter, the Receiving Party shall hold the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information in confidence, shall use such Confidential Information only for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, and shall use at least as great a standard of care in protecting the Confidential Information as it uses to protect its own Confidential Information.
