Restrictions on Who May Access Information. Access provided under this Agreement is expressly limited to the individual Subscriber and, at Subscriber's election, employees of Subscriber's law practice. In no event shall a Subscriber permit any other person to access the system or to view it while being accessed by Subscriber. A Subscriber shall not share his/her user identification or password with any other person. Subscriber shall further not publish, post, or leave unsecured his/her User ID and Password. Subscriber agrees to immediately notify the Xxxxx County District Clerk Department if the Subscriber becomes aware that his/her Subscription has been accessed or User ID and/or password obtained by any unauthorized person.

Restrictions on Who May Access Information. Access to Clerks’ files, data, and records is limited to the Subscriber and Subscriber’s staff only. Subscriber shall not allow any other third-parties to have access to Subscriber’s login and password information for purposes of allowing persons other than Subscriber or Subcriber’s staff to access the web-based Clerks’ civil and criminal judicial case files. Subscriber agrees not to disclose login and access passwords to any third party other than Subcriber’s staff, including any member of the public or clients. Subscriber agrees to notify the County of Xxxxxxx immediately if Subscriber becomes aware of a theft or unauthorized access to a password issued to Subscriber under this Agreement.

Provider will not sell or rent Student Data. In the event another party, including law enforcement or a government entity, contacts the Provider with a request or subpoena for Student Data in the possession of the Provider, the Provider shall redirect the other party to seek the data directly from the LEA.   • Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity. You do not own or have any rights (other than those expressly granted to you) to a particular IP address, even if you are utilizing a static IP address.
