Restrictions on Wholesale Resale Services. 2.5.1 CLEC may not offer Wholesale Resale Services that are made available only to residential Customers or to a limited class of residential Customers to classes of Customers that are not eligible to subscribe to such services from CBT. The same restrictions which apply to CBT's Retail Services will also apply to those same services when offered for resale.
