Common use of Restrictive Covenant Agreement Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Covenant Agreement. As a condition of the Executive’s employment, the Executive shall execute the Nondisclosure, Assignment of Inventions and Post-Employment Covenants Agreement (the “Restrictive Covenant Agreement”) provided to him contemporaneously with this Agreement.
