Restrictive Covenant Agreements. During the term of the Participant’s employment with the Company and thereafter according to their respective provisions, the Participant hereby agrees that he or she shall be bound by, and shall comply with, (i) the Key Employee Non-Compete and No-Solicitation Agreement, (ii) the Confidentiality Agreement, each in the form provided by the Company ((i) and (ii) collectively, the “Restrictive Covenant Agreements”), and (iii) all other agreements the Participant has executed during the course of employment with the Company and its Affiliates as in effect from time to time.
