Restrictive Covenant Reaffirmation. Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that he continues to be bound by the restrictive covenants contained in the Employment Agreement, including all covenants and promises in Section 7 of the Employment Agreement, and that these covenants, pursuant to their terms, survive Executive’s separation of employment from the Company.
