Common use of Restrictive Covenants Agreement Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Covenants Agreement. The terms of the Employee Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement, dated November 21, 2016 (the “Restrictive Covenants Agreement”), between the Company and the Executive, attached hereto as Exhibit B, continue to be in full force and effect and are incorporated by reference in this Agreement. The Executive hereby reaffirms the terms of the Restrictive Covenants Agreement as material terms of this Agreement.

Restrictive Covenants Agreement. The terms of the Employee Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement, dated November 21April 6, 2016 2018 (the “Restrictive Covenants Agreement”), between the Company and the Executive, attached hereto as Exhibit B, continue to be in full force and effect and are incorporated by reference in this Agreement. The Executive hereby reaffirms the terms of the Restrictive Covenants Agreement as material terms of this Agreement.

Restrictive Covenants Agreement. The Executive hereby reaffirms the terms Section 8 of the Restrictive Covenants Agreement as material terms of this Agreement.
