Common use of Restrictive Covenants Agreement Clause in Contracts

As a condition of entering into this Agreement, Executive agrees to the terms of the Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement, dated August 5, 2021 between the Company and the Executive (the “Restrictive Covenants Agreement”) attached hereto as Appendix C.
