Restrictive Covenants and Other Obligations. 3.1 The Colleague acknowledges that by virtue of their senior management position and as an employee of Employer, the Colleague has acquired and will acquire knowledge of Confidential Information of the Restricted Group and their Business. The Colleague further acknowledges that the Confidential Information which the Restricted Group has provided and will provide to the Colleague would give the Colleague a significant advantage if the Colleague were to directly or indirectly be engaged in any Business at a Competitor of the Restricted Group.
