Restrictive Covenants and Remedies. By accepting the Award, Employee specifically agrees to the restrictive covenants contained in this Section 10 (the “Restrictive Covenants”) and Employee agrees that the Restrictive Covenants and the remedies described below are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company Group.
