Restrictive Covenants by Employed Physicians. All employment contracts between YRMP and its Employed Providers shall name MANAGEMENT SERVICES as a third-party beneficiary to the contract. The contracts shall include noncompetition agreements with its Employed Providers who are physicians, the substance and form of which is set forth as Exhibit C hereto, and which YRMP will enforce.
