Common use of Restrictive Covenants by Optometrists Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Covenants by Optometrists. If requested by the Professional Business Manager, the Practice shall cause the non-Shareholder Professionals to agree not to practice optometry and/or therapeutic optometry or provide Optical Services within a certain radius, as set forth in Exhibit 4.7, of the Office location at which such non-Shareholder Professionals performed services on a regular basis for sixteen (16) or more hours per week or one thousand (1,000) hours during the last twelve (12) months of such Professionals’ employment with the Practice. The Restrictive Covenant shall be effective for a period of one (1) year following termination of employment with the Practice and may be subject to a liquidated damages provision as authorized hereafter.

The Restrictive Covenant shall be effective for a period of one (1) year following termination of employment with the Practice and may be subject to a liquidated damages provision as authorized hereafter.
