Restrictive Covenants: Competition and Clients. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that solely by reason of employment by the Company, the Employee has and will come into contact with a significant number of the Company’s customers and prospective customers and have access to Confidential Information (as defined below) and trade secrets relating thereto, including those regarding the Company’s clients, prospective clients, proprietary business models and strategies, and related information.
