Common use of Restrictive Trade Practices Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Trade Practices. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no provision of this Agreement which is of such a nature as to make this Agreement liable to registration under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 shall take effect until the day after that on which particulars thereof have been duly furnished to the Director General of Fair Trading pursuant to the said Act. For the purposes of this Clause 34.16, the expression "this Agreement" shall include any agreement forming part of the same arrangement.
