Restructuring Advisor Agreements. The Borrower hereby agrees that (i) it shall not amend or modify in any manner any of its agreements with Realization Services, Inc. or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capital Partners (or in each case with any Affiliate thereof) without the prior written consent of the Agent; and (ii) it shall not enter into any agreement with any investment bank or other similar advisor with respect to the restructuring of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries without the prior written consent of the Agent."
