Resumption of Participation Following Reemployment. If a Participant ceases to be an Employee and thereafter returns to the employ of the Employer he will be treated as follows: (a) he will again become a Participant on the first date on which he completes an Hour of Service for the Employer following his reemployment and is in the eligible class of Employees as defined in Section 1.03(a)(3), and (b) any distribution which he is receiving under the Plan will cease except as otherwise required under Section 8.08.
