Common use of Resumption Clause in Contracts

Resumption. 23.1 The Council may terminate this lease by giving at least three (3) months’ written notice to the Lessee if the Council receives notice of resumption or acquisition of the Premises or the Improvements or Land (or any part of the Improvements or Land affecting the Premises) from or by any Statutory Authority governmental or semi-governmental body.
