Resumption. If the Council receives notice of any proposed resumption or acquisition of the Land by any Government (Federal or State) or other authority, or if the control of the Land is otherwise taken away from the Council, then the Council may terminate this Lease by giving three (3) months’ notice in writing to the Lessee.
