Retail PricingBuyer will determine advertised prices, promotional prices, and retail prices for DRM, MOS, and all other Products acquired from Seller in accordance with this Section 4 (together, “Outlet Products”) in Buyer’s sole discretion. Any agreement or understanding to the contrary is unauthorized, in conflict with Buyer’s and Seller’s policies, and a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Buyer is also aware that Seller could seek to implement its own MAP and UPP with respect to HTS Products.
Retail Pricing. PSA provides a suggested retail price as a guideline.
Retail Pricing. FMN shall recommend retail pricing on a daily basis by loan product that at least matches or improves upon the Index, and the parties shall review the pricing on a monthly basis. Seller may suspend its obligation to sell to Buyer a Product that is not a Seller-Branded Product if the Vendor of the Product suspends sales of the Product to Seller due to Buyer’s failure to comply with a MAP or a UPP applicable to the Product.
