Common use of RETAILER OF LAST RESORT EVENT Clause in Contracts

RETAILER OF LAST RESORT EVENT. If we are no longer entitled by law to sell electricity to you due to a Retailer of Last Resort (RoLR) event occurring in relation to us, we are required under Electricity Law to provide relevant information (including your name, billing address and national metering identifier) to the entity appointed as the relevant retailer for the RoLR event and this Agreement will come to an end.
