Retailer Prize Payout Obligation. The Retailer agrees to pay all Lottery Ticket prizes less than $600, regardless of where they were sold, by validating the prize and, if determined to be a winning Lottery Ticket, making payment of the amount due the claimant. Prizes $600 and over must be redeemed through the Idaho Lottery Office.
