Common use of Retainage Agreement Clause in Contracts

Retainage Agreement. On the Closing Date, the Sellers and Buyer shall execute the Retainage Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, which shall provide for the retention of a portion of the Purchase Price at Closing by the Retainage Agent under the terms and conditions set forth in that Agreement.
