Retained Companies Name Changes. The Seller undertakes to procure that all necessary steps are taken to change the names of any companies or other entities in the Seller’s Group and which are not Target Companies or NSC Newcos which contain the words “Jaguar”, “Land Rover” or “JLR” so as to remove any references to any such words, such name changes to be effective as soon as reasonably practicable following the Completion Date.
