Common use of Retained License Clause in Contracts

Retained License. The exclusive license granted herein is further conditional on the right retained by LICENSOR, on behalf of themselves, their employees and research collaborators, to make, have made, use, import, and transfer Licensed Products and practice the Licensed Technology for non-commercial research, educational and non-commercial and humanitarian clinical purposes.
