Common use of Retained Rights of ALNYLAM Clause in Contracts

Retained Rights of ALNYLAM. ALNYLAM expressly retains any rights not expressly granted to PROTIVA under this Article II (or otherwise under this Agreement). ALNYLAM represents and warrants that it has the right to grant the license under the ALNYLAM Patent Rights provided in Section 2.1 with respect to the PLK Target.
