Common use of Retained Rights of AstraZeneca Clause in Contracts

Retained Rights of AstraZeneca. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement and without limitation of any rights granted or reserved to AstraZeneca pursuant to any other term or condition of this Agreement, AstraZeneca hereby expressly retains, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (and on behalf of its licensors, (sub)licensees and contractors) all right, title and interest in and to the AstraZeneca Patents, the AstraZeneca Know-How, AstraZeneca Regulatory Documentation and AstraZeneca’s Corporate Names, in each case, for purposes of performing or exercising the Retained Rights.
