Retained Rights of In-License Counterparties. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, all of the licenses granted to Juno hereunder shall be subject to the rights retained by Institutions, MGH, Duke and In-Licensors under the terms of the applicable In-License Agreements, in each case that cover Editas IP to which Juno is receiving a sublicense hereunder.
