Common use of Retained Rights of MedImmune Clause in Contracts

Retained Rights of MedImmune. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement and without limitation of any rights granted or reserved to MedImmune pursuant to any other term or condition of this Agreement, MedImmune hereby expressly retains, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (and on behalf of its licensors, (sub)licensees and contractors) all right, title and interest in and to the Excluded Technology.
